Traditional construction projects can take a year or more to complete. In contrast, our modular system allows us to build a small home comprising just two units with a small crew of four people and a crane truck in just one day.

We can offer comprehensive project management services, Including delivery and installation, utility connections (plumbing and electrical), and foundation work. Our team will a smooth, end-to-end experience from start to finish.

Our modular system is less labor-intensive, with reduced material costs and minimal site preparation. Pre- constructed, insulated, sealed, and rigid wall panels make the build significantly faster and more cost-effective

For infill lots, we maximize land use while designing builds that seamlessly fit the character and aesthetic of the surrounding community.
